Colouring Contest: (20 winners total)

Contest runs starting Tuesday, October 13th - Wednesday, October 28th NOON.

• For ages 12 and under.

• Halloween colouring sheets can be picked up at QW City Hall, Frankford Office, or printed from the City website or through our Social Media channels. 

•  When completed, the coloured sheet can be emailed to:events@quintewest.ca or dropped off at Quinte West City Hall, or the Frankford Office. 

• One entry per child.

• All entries will have their name entered into a random draw for a chance to win 1 of 20 kid friendly Halloween Night-at-Home prize packs.

• Draw will take place and winners will be announced on the afternoon of October 28th, 2020 

• Prizes can be picked up at QW City Hall. *Other arrangements will be made if need be*

• Please put your child’s first name, age and contact information on the back of the colouring contest sheet so we can notify you if you are a prize winner.

• Colouring contest submissions become property of the City of Quinte West and MAY be displayed in City Hall.

• Please note; submissions may be shared on social media with the child's FIRST name and age only.

Selfie Contest Scavenger Hunt: (5 Winners total)

Contest runs Monday, October 19th to Sunday, October 25th NOON

• Clues to be put out to the public with our social media campaign so people have an idea of where to go! All clues will be sent out via social media. 

• There are (8) numbered signs placed in and around Quinte West, two in each ward. 

• The clues that are posted on social media will help you find the signs! 

•  When you find one, take a selfie with it and submit it for one entry into the contest.

•  Submissions are accepted by emailing them to events@quintewest.ca

•  One selfie submission = one entry into the draw. 

•  Each sign you find is a separate entry. Only one entry per sign accepted.

• There will be 5 family friendly Halloween Night-at-Home prize packs awarded by random draw.

• All submissions must be received on October 25th at NOON to be entered into the draw.

• Draws will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 28th and winners will be announced that afternoon.

• When submitting your photos to the above email address, please include your name and contact information in the event that you are a winner!

Decorating Contest: (5 Winners total)

Contest Starts: October 15th  and runs until October 28th at NOON 

Voting will begin immediately. 

Details: 

• Show your Halloween spirit by decorating your yard, the interior of your home, entranceway or even your car! Get creative! Send a photo of your Halloween display to be entered into a voting contest to win one of five Halloween Night-at-Home prize packs.

• Voting for this contest runs Thursday, October 15th through to Wednesday, October 28th at NOON 

• Submissions: Submit your photo online here https://pollunit.com/en/polls/qwhalloween . Your submission will be added to our Quinte West Virtual Halloween event page for voting. Contest ends October 28th at Noon. 

• One entry per household.

• Winners announced in the afternoon on Wednesday, October 28th.  

• Winners photos will be shared on QW social media.
